Introduction

Nicola has lived in the Greystones area all her life and has been very much involved in the community over the years. She currently works full time in the Youth Mental Health Sector.

Having worked for 11 years with the GFRC she has an in-depth understanding of the Centre and the invaluable work it does.

 

Career overview & current position

Nicola has worked in various administration roles over the past 25 years or more, in the public sector, community and private sector. She has also worked in politics both as a local elected councillor and on a national level, and was a director of KWETB from 2014 to 2019 incl.

I have always been interested in helping the community and empowering people to help themselves. I have a great interest also in youth and youth mental health.
