Introduction

Mia is a member of the local community in Greystones and has lived in this area with her family for 10 years. She has been involved with many organisations, volunteering as a Rainbows facilitator, a Jobcare & Junior Achievement mentor and a Brownie leader for Irish Girl Guides in Greystones. Mia brings tonnes of energy, pragmatic know-how and facilitation skills to everything she is involved in.

 

Career overview & current position

Mia has worked in the area of human resources for large, multinational organisations for over 20 years, leading people & organisations through change, growth & development.  Since 2006, she has successfully run a HR Consultancy practice, specialising in developing and implementing HR strategies to create the conditions in which people grow and excel.

 

Education, Qualifications & Awards

Mia holds an honours Psychology degree from Trinity College, Dublin. She also has a HRM Diploma from National College of Ireland and is a qualified coach.

Mia has always been interested in wellbeing from an individual, family and community perspective. She has a creative & collaborative way of working and enjoys sharing her experience and skills with organisations in her community to help achieve better outcomes for all.
