Career overview & current position 

· Director of Coinbase Europe and oversees Customer Experience Operations for Coinbase’s Retail customers globally. This includes responsibility for customer support and complaints management across Retail products globally as well as direct responsibility for localized support in International markets. She collaborates with EU/UK leadership and provides direct oversight and support for regulatory requirements in Ireland

· Over 20 years leadership experience and has been responsible for the strategic and operational deliverables across multiple domains including Customer Support (Policy, Account, Product Operations), Sales, Billing and Payments, and Credit Management functions. These roles have involved leading both large scale transformational customer experience and operational efficiency programmes resulting in improved performance across customer and commercial metrics


Education, Qualifications & Awards 

· Claire has recently graduated from Dublin City University with a Masters in Work & Organisational Behaviour

· Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD)

· Winner of Vodafone Hero Award in 2005 – in recognition of my role in inspiring the organisation to become more involved in volunteering activities
